Yoga for Insomnia – A good night’s sleep is vital to our health, yet many of us suffer. Sleep is essential for healing and repair of our body and a deficiency is linked to many chronic diseases. Robin Glantz will teach a special workshop on yoga poses and breathing exercises to help us keep our zzzzs. All levels of yoga experience welcome.
Robin Glantz is a Certified 500 hour Viniyoga Teacher, and currently a Viniyoga Yoga Therapist in training. She is also a Lifeforce Yoga Level I Practitioner, (with Amy Weintraub www.yogafordepression.com) and a Certified Nutritional Health Coach
