Start here with beginner yoga sequences, using foundational yoga poses, and answers to your questions on all the yoga basics. Build strength and confidence to take your yoga practice deeper. This 5-week Beginners II flow course is the perfect opportunity to work in a close nurturing environment to fine tune your awareness at a slower pace. Surya Namaskara A & B, standing poses, balances, backbends and seated poses will be put into practice.
New to yoga? It’s suggested that you start with our Beginners I 5-week course as a prerequisite to this course. if you have been practicing and need to fine tune your practice, our Beginners II course, is just what is needed to deepen your understanding of the vinyasa practice.
Why not take Beginners I then roll into beginners II? We have specifically placed BI, then BII back-to-back. What an incredible way to learn “how to”, then apply with “action” to practice!
