The 5 classes lay the foundation for a yoga practice that will serve you a lifetime. Learn basic yoga in an intimate, safe, and community oriented environment where mistakes are considered a path to learning.
This series is perfect for absolute beginners AND anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice. Class has limited space available to ensure everyone gets lots of personal attention.
week 1: WYC opening poses and alignment- map your body
week 2: standing & balancing poses, basic sequencing with breath
week 3: seated poses & twists sequencing
week 4: intro to inversions & backbends, closing poses
week 5: WYC asana development (putting it all together)
