Join Pleasance Silicki, author of Delight: Eight Principles for Living with Joy and Ease for an interactive workshop on how the practices of yoga and writing compliment and encourage each other.
In this workshop we will dive into creativity on and off the mat exploring the relationship between our physical practices and our writing. All levels of yoga welcome and ANYONE interested in writing, creating a writing practice or who wants some wiring inspiration is welcome! Aspiring writers and yogis are also welcome to attend. We will learn and experience how a physical yoga practice supports our writing and creativity practices and all other areas of our life.
This will be a blend of writing and yoga, discussion and reflection. Come with questions, and in comfy relaxed clothing.
Please bring a journal and something to write with!
