ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
‘Harinama Sankirtan’ is the yoga of musical mantra meditation. More specifically, it’s communal chanting of the names of Krishna. This specific form of mantra meditation is a simple and joyful practice that bestows seven superlative benedictions on the practitioner: purification of the heart, relief from material distress, awakening of transcendental knowledge, expansive joy, the sweet taste of spiritual emotions, and feelings of kinship with all living beings.
In this workshop, Dhanurdhara Swami will speak about each of these benedictions and offer instructions on how to experience them by entering deeply into chanting the Hare Krishna mantra.
