This workshop will explore the 7 main chakras. Chakras are subtle centers in our bodies through which energy flows. Each chakra represents an emotion (e.g. (communication, compassion, vitality, self-confidence), an element (e.g. fire, water, air) and a part of the body. Use gentle yoga poses and breath to explore the 7 major chakras, and zero in on those you would like to strengthen to balance your emotions and well-being.
