Dysfunction isn’t simply an expected byproduct of aging. Knowledge is power, so come empower yourself by learning more about your own pelvic floor- why it’s so important, how it's connected to the rest of your body, the importance of our breath, and learn the basics of how to properly activate and relax this important muscle group. The class will be a mix of learning and doing, with plenty of time for discussions and questions.
