This workshop focuses on the Joint-Freeing Yoga Series of movements developed by the late Mukunda Stiles as part of his “Structural Yoga Therapy”.
Joint Freeing Yoga consists of 21 exercises, based on simple asanas working their way up from the feet to the head through all the joints of the body. The class is designed to “move each joint gently and systematically through its full and natural range of motion, to enhance mobility and relieve joint pain and stiffness” (Mukunda).
