There’s a reason so many are drawn to this spellbinding fitness guru: the YALA inventor and all-around charismatic personality who has developed his proprietary gym-ready exercises with fun dance moves that shape new bodies and mindsets. YALA routines fold tenets of plyometrics, core training, cardio, and agility together for fast-paced, high-energy sessions that whip bodies into shape without repetitive lunges, boring squats, or tedious uphill boulder rolls.
