For the past 8 years, I have been testing, tasting, and perfecting all of my allergy-friendly recipes to ease the difficulties of eating, entertaining, and living with allergies. It can be alienating having to prepare and make your own thing, while everyone else enjoys pizza, Chinese, and donuts. The recipes and dishes I teach or prepare are all Gluten Free (GF), most are Dairy Free (DF) and/or even Grain Free (GrainF)! Across the board, they are delicious for everyone without allergies while being safe for those of us who suffer.
